In the framework of the European Youth Roots project, Le LABA organized 3 days of trainings, meetings and events on the themes: #sustainabletourism and #entrepreneurship.

60 professionals from 6 European countries met in Bordeaux and were able to discover local initiatives and meet French professionals.

If we have to remember one highlight, then it would be the morning of June 24 in Darwin: after presenting the EYR project and its concrete results for tomorrow’s entrepreneurs, 6 talented young women pitched their project (FiG – Food Index for Good, TCHEEN, La Bulle Verte, Bike-Packer, EVVI & EVVI Inspiration , L’Alternative Urbaine Bordeaux ) in front of French and international people. Followed by a speed meeting session, with 6 minutes meetings during 1h.

“A nice breath of fresh air” “Well thought out and well organized”!

We would like to thank Ms. Misa Labarile, PhD , Head of Tourism Policy at the European Commission , and Ms. Brigitte Bloch, Vice President of Tourism and Wine Economy at Bordeaux Metropole for their welcome and all the participants of the event and the training for their presence and excellent work, thanks to Agence Erasmus+ France / Education & Formation for its support, to Tourisme Lab Nouvelle Aquitaine for this first particularly fruitful collaboration, and to all our partners (Le Nouveau Studio, European E-Learning Institute,Materahub, Momentum Educate + Innovate, VisMedNet Association, Filmworks Trust) for their collaboration.

Finally a special thanks to Ludmilla Vert Bordeaux – sustainable excursions who despite the rain was able to make discover during 2 hours the assets of our beautiful city.
